In order to qualify for a real estate license you must:
- Be at least 19 years of age
- Have a High School diploma or an equivalency
- Not have any felonies of moral turpitude
- Take and pass an approved 60 hour Pre-License Course
- Take the multiple choice State Licensing exam and pass with a score of 70% or better
